Rose Arts Collective

Rose Arts Collective is a safe place for artists to congregate within their community, keeping its talent local and strengthening bonds between area artists.

The Rose Arts Collective was chosen to address the needs unmet within the 3rd District of Detroit which is deficient of creative expression outlets and support systems for budding artists. It accomplishes this goal by providing supplies, training, a nurturing environment and exposure.

The Rose Arts Collective is named after the late Rose Ida Frank, an artist who painted, sang, danced, acted, and who believed that everyone deserves to be exposed to art often and that everyone had artistic abilities even if those abilities are hidden

The Rose Arts Collective is located in Detroit's 3rd District, at 8001 Harper Avenue and on the northeast corner of the intersection with Van Dyke Avenue.
